What is Software License

A software license is a document that provides legally binding guidelines for the use and distribution of software. Software licenses typically provide end users with the right to one or more copies of the software without violating copyrights

How much for the service fee?

We dont charge client for the work we do, we charge client base on hours we spend at client site to troubleshoot and solve problems

We are available 24 hours and our turn around time is the total time that it takes from when a customer raises a problem to the time that the problem is marked as solved.

How do I get the Microsoft Office Installation file?

You will be issued with ISO (installation file) once you purchase the license with us. This ISO (installation file) is free. We dont charge client for the installation file.

Who should do the Installation of Software

Installation of software is usualy done by clients themselves. We only supply software and the license. However if the client ask us to do the installation and setup, a service fee charge will apply.

What will happen if the supplied software License Key is not working for unkown reason?

This is a straight forward process. If the supplied software license is not working for some unknown reason, we will supply new one FREE. This is only for some rare cases but all the software license we supply to our valued clients are legit and genuine.

Do you charge client for creating email account?

This is part of our free service to our valued clients. Our email services is unlimited and its FREE of charge.

Do you provide website support

Yes we provide website design, development and content management support. We charged client for Website design and development. Our hourly rate is applicable in this process.
